Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to customs delays or local postal services.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from info@anixityrings.com that includes your tracking number.

You can track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.
(Replace yourdomain.com with your actual store domain once live.)

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@anixityrings.com.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions—please refer to our homepage or announcements for current offers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Anixity Rings is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other charges).


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at info@anixityrings.com so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Anixity Rings is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check around your delivery area or with neighbors.

  • Contact the local post office or carrier.

  • If still unresolved, email us at info@anixityrings.com, and we’ll do our best to help locate your package.


Pre-Orders or Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you before purchase or via email if this status changes.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
